Our congregation started in December of 1997, led by Elder W.T. McMicken who helped establish it as his last church plant.  He passed away at the age of 95 in 2007 after 71 years of faithful service to God’s people as a pastor, evangelist and gospel singer.

The East Valley Church of God (Seventh Day) is an English speaking congregation.  We believe the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments, are the inspired Word of God and are applicable to our lives today.  We honor the seventh day Sabbath from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday.  Our weekly worship services are held on Saturday mornings.  See our Services page for more information.
